Dr. Chime is a United Nations Ambassador and United Kingdom Certified Project Manager. A prolific Writer, Author & Publisher, Foreign Direct Investment Consultant and a Software Engineer From NIIT India.
In 2016 April Dr. Chime was in President Buhari’s Presidential entourage on State Visit to China, which included an Investment Forum.
Dr. Chime was the National Director of Public Affairs and Publicity, Nigeria China Business Council in Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment between 2012 – 2014. He was one of the organizers of Nigeria China Business Forum which held in Beijing,, China July 2012, and attended by former President Goodluck Jonathan and President XI Jinping of China. Because of his outstanding performance during Nigeria China Business Forum in Beijing, he was appointed, Regional Vice President, China Africa Investment Club, January 10th 2014 by China Africa Investment Club, Beijing which controls 500 fortune companies in China and the entire Asian continent.
